Meet Hayley

I started my pageant journey without a clue about 9 years ago. Never did I think I would capture my dream title of Miss Iowa USA and walk across the stage at Miss USA. It began as a way to fuel my competitive drive and better myself, but quickly blossomed into transformative life change. Pageantry has brought me in touch with people, places and things I never thought possible for my life coming from very humble beginnings. I am forever grateful for what it has done for me and want to bring that same change into as many lives as possible through consulting.

My mission is to help women and girls grow in and outside of pageantry. While I understand what it takes to go from knowing nothing about pageants  to walking across the most coveted national stage, I believe the  opportunities beyond the crown are what really matter. Let's make some magic together!
